Terms & Conditions
By booking a service with Plantlah, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services
Plantlah provides on-demand gardening services through vetted independent
gardeners. Services include (but are not limited to) lawn care, pruning, plant care,
soil treatment, garden clean-up, and landscaping services.
All services are carried out based on the agreed scope at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Confirmation
• All bookings must be confirmed via WhatsApp or the Plantlah platform.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received,
unless otherwise agreed.
• Time slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Pricing
• Prices provided are estimates based on photos, garden size, and
information given.
• Final pricing may vary if actual conditions differ from what was shared.
• Any additional work or charges will always be communicated and
approved before proceeding.
4. Access & Site Conditions
• Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the garden area.
• Plantlah and its gardeners are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Restricted access
• Unsafe conditions
• Inaccurate information provided
5. Tools & Materials
• Basic tools are included.
• Materials such as soil, plants, fertiliser, or pots may incur additional
charges, unless stated otherwise.
6. Photos & Documentation
• Before & after photos may be taken for service documentation and
quality assurance.
• Photos may be used for marketing purposes unless the customer
requests otherwise.
7. Liability
• Plantlah is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage to plants or property
• Weather-related issues
• Natural plant conditions beyond reasonable care
Plantlah and its gardeners will always take reasonable care while performing
services.
8. Payment
• Payment must be made in full before or immediately after service,
depending on booking terms.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of
booking.
9. Right to Refuse Service
Plantlah reserves the right to decline or stop a service if:
• Conditions are unsafe
• Scope differs significantly from agreed terms
• Abusive or inappropriate behaviour occurs
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand plans change. Please review our cancellation terms carefully:
⚪ Rescheduling
• Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the scheduled service
time.
• Subject to availability.
⚪ Cancellation
• More than 12 hours before service: Full refund or credit
• Less than 12 hours before service: No refund (due to gardener scheduling and logistics)
• No-show or denied access on arrival: No refund
⚪ Weather Conditions
• If weather conditions are unsafe (heavy rain, storms), services may be
rescheduled at no extra cost.
⚪ Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days.
• Refund method depends on original payment method.
